It all boils down to whatever works for each person that helps you keep fibromyalgia symptoms either on a low or temporary sabbatical of pain issues. If you understand what the condition is and what it predisposes to you that can make your way of life a little more tolerable.
Once you have "the givens" of the condition, you can then battle them each day; maybe not with ease but utilizing mindful thinking. Talk to your doctor to make sure exhaustive measures have been assessed such as blood work, ruling out other similar conditions, and what you should refrain from with this condition. Remember the mind is a powerful resourceful tool if we learn to connect to it along with positive changes in how we eat, exercise, and live socially.
Never omit prayer and spiritual awareness as this carries you to the highest degree of dealing with fibromyalgia symptoms. Many of your days will be challenging, but developing strength and faith with mindful thought and daily socialization will help tremendously. Perform your own research and find an association that can assist you in discussing your concerns more in depth.
