General Booking Policy

Effective as of November 4, 2025, until further notice

Before booking and paying for services Clients are highly encouraged to read our General Service Disclaimer, Website terms & conditions, Privacy Policy, and  FAQ’s.

​​Please note that any disputes arising under contracts with Clients or otherwise, visitors visiting the website, communicating with the author or life coach through any platform or device, commenting and or interacting related to blogs, articles, videos, podcasts or other creative content online, and or purchasing products or services online from Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC at www.lifekskillsauthor.com shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC will ask the Client for their agreement in advance during online booking for coaching services to continue to charge their credit card on file.

​

SCHEDULES

For some of the booking services, once a Client schedules a session, he or she may not be able to reschedule under the host WIX WEBSITE portal feature using the built-in calendar. The Client must contact the Coach ASAP if he or she is having this kind of situation so rescheduling can take place.​

  • No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity.

  • Coaching Sessions will be held online and last for 1 hour for a one-time,  topic-specific NLP Coaching.

  • Other Coaching Sessions listed on the website will be held online and last for the designated time of 45 minutes for each of the 4 allowed sessions.

 

Any scheduled follow-up information is duly noted on BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC website, in this general disclaimer and in the Client Contractual Welcome Packet.

PAYMENTS

If a Client’s payment is insufficient or notice of a failed payment is received by BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC, the Client will receive an emailed notice concerning this and another method of payment by the Client must take place immediately. If the Client does not take immediate action to remedy the issue the Client will be canceled out and not be provided with service. A termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client for this reason.

CANCELLATIONS:

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC enforces a 48-hours’ notice for cancellation. Once a Client pays for his or her coaching service the Client has 48 hours to cancel. If the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will only receive a refund of 50% of their paid service costs. Service prices are subject to change due to normal economic supply and demand. Established Clients will be notified of this change but will not be affected by the change if they remain an established Client.

A cancellation recovery notice will be emailed to the Client if the Client cancelled their session by mistake.

​

CANCELLATIONS  POLICIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY FUTURE WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS SEMINARS, OR OTHER EVENTS) as these will have a different cancellation policy enforced as well rules and regulatory policies as applicable.
