About Me

Having lived a blessed life as a military wife to a now retired Navy Corpsman, with being a mother of 3 children, as well as a grandmother, and still living a wonderfully blessed life these long-term personal and past professional experiences, plus the extensive life coach training and hard work to obtain many coaching certifications have provided me the ability and wisdom to do what I have done as a Life Coach and Author. Being a faith-driven Christian, blessed in so many ways in my life by God has allowed such continued accomplishments and has blessed me to be able to provide such an important global community service in helping others through the various materials provided on this website and through other publication means. As an Education Specialist, Life Skills Author-Life Change expert among other professional titles and continuing my knowledge in these areas allows me to continue to help a community of people (whether you are Gen X, Y Z or Alpha) achieve the benefits and satisfaction desired to blend with where they live, work and play.
