Minding your brain means paying attention to the little pings that go off to let you know it’s time to refresh and relax. Take note of what’s not working for you, what’s eating at you...and place it in the recycled part of your brain for disposal. Let those things go and let them become something useful and productive that is satisfying for you and your well-being.
