Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped after the time limit indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
Refund/Return Types
Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged
The customer is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error of the seller’s part. If you receive an incorrect book or a book arrives damaged, you will be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the seller within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in, no exceptions. 14 days request is not inclusive to weekends.
For books returned as “Not as described,” return shipping amounts are refunded at the seller’s discretion. If the seller disagrees, only the book price and original shipping will be refunded to the customer. We will not refund shipping amounts on behalf of the seller in the event of a dispute.
Book Did Not Arrive
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book has not arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up to 14 days past. If the seller provides tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the refund request is void. A refund request for the reason “Book Did Not Arrive” will automatically be completed 7 days after the refund request is initiated through your buyer account.
In cases where the book is returned to the seller for any of the following reasons, the refund includes the book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.
Buyer Does Not Want Item
The seller is happy to accept returns if the customer changes their mind about a book. We recommend contacting the seller directly before initiating these returns, as otherwise the return may be cancelled.
Partial Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the book, you can negotiate a partial refund with the seller for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds can be issued on the book price, the shipping amount, or both. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, the seller is not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, the seller may prefer that you return the book for a full refund instead.
Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping cost and when refundable, is added to the refund upon return receipt of the book by the seller. Return shipping labels are not provided.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method of purchase once the seller receives the book back. Please remember, for example, it can take from 1-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book does not arrive and tracking is not provided, the refund will be cancelled.
Once a return or refund request has been cancelled, you cannot submit another return or refund request.
Items That Cannot Be Returned/Refunded
- Used books and shipping fees are not returnable.
- Bulk orders of fifty or more book copies are non-returnable.
- Autographed books cannot be returned for a refund.

How does free shipping work?

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed from the Seller are usually shipped within 1-2 business days unless there is a delay in shipment. Customers will be notified if there is a delay.
What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?
All orders require 24-48 hours’ processing time. All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary by carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination.

How much is shipping for (Seller) Marketplace orders and how are charges calculated?
Shipping charges are standard rates in reference to Ground and Priority shipping to include tax fees.
Will all my books come together in one package?
Most orders are shipped together unless the order is a large order; therefore, the books ordered may arrive in different boxes and at separate times.
You will receive email confirmation for each shipment (applicable). The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.
What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Will I get an email confirmation?
After you place an order with the Seller, we email you with pertinent information about your order's status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.
