Troubles with Life: Balance the Scale

It is weird how we can get ourselves into trouble.
Trouble that lands us sometimes in discerning situations because we allowed our thoughts to get away from us.
I like to portray to Clients that, "thoughts can be managed rather than controlled."
The concept of the term "controlled" could make you do what you never intended to do. Using the “managed” process is a softer approach because it allows you to develop equanimity giving you more time to assess and obtain greater insight on a thought.
Remember that we tend to bring on negativity within ourselves and its through our created thoughts that it can thrive in the worse way if we allow it. So, do yourself a favour and lean more toward equanimity. Your mental capacity will love you for it and your life and those around you will become easier to understand and tolerate.
