The Trash Perspective: Indulge It or Dump It!

There has been a lot of media talk, discussion and debate about trash and how it may affect everyone. In part to a discussion, I had on this subject recently, I felt it would be very helpful to share with my loyal readers the inspirational thought process that was part of the discussion.

Trash in its bare essence according to many dictionary meanings translates to something worth little or nothing. Would you define yourself or your way of living congruently with this meaning? If yes, why? If not, why?

First, to deal out trash it is important to start modification of yourself. Second, be mindful of the things that you do and that you say; especially what you say (speak) because that can trend a lot of garbage that feeds on who you are and how you live and so much more.

Once you modify those things within you that you are recognizing as storing a lot of trash which in turn may develop into certain tendencies in you, it will be easier to disband them. For example, storing trash that brings on negativity which:

1. Weighs you down.

2. Causes you conflict and/or strife.

3. Brings the trash back to you as the primary dumping ground.

It is important to modify yourself and start repelling those unpleasant, nauseating, wasteful material things as the concept applies. Dish the trash to where you start developing a cleaner mind and mental status of how you carry yourself every day. Re-frame your mindset.

How you can begin reframing your mindset is to brainstorm and create your trash list and the many ways in which you have been storing trash or providing it and how it has affected you and your life in general. Then for each trash pile listed, initiate a plan to disband it and practice it every day like a person who prays every day or meditates every day without fail, without the need for prompting thereby living, breathing and functioning with a cleaner capacity.

Remember: Reframe your mindset and live for a cleaner life environment!
