Today's blog concerns a trend set regarding Snap Chat pics and individuals seeking plastic surgeons to make their face look like their Snap Chat photo. It's like getting permanently airbrushed via your face as such the case with some models we see in certain magazines.
I would like to say… love yourself and love yourself in your own skin and naturally aging body. Sure, we all feel at times when we look in the mirror that we could use some improving or remodeling, but at what cost would we or should we do this? Again, this is my opinion and viewpoint and in no way insinuates otherwise.
If you are doing this just because it’s something you want to experience, and it is not for example, for your career where an employer may request you keep up your look...then why do it? Even in your line of work this can get tricky and is another whole story to discuss with your employer and to what extent.
It’s important to connect with who you are and feel beautiful beyond what shows externally. When you worry about how others perceive your looks and or body, that’s where you can really lose your self-preservation. Embrace yourself and journey forward with grace.
