Awkward

In this ensemble of writs, I am using the word everyone should be common, and it is the word “awkward.” Do you ever experience feeling weird sometimes because of a disposition someone placed you or perhaps there have been difficulties of challenge or hardship with certain things in your life.
Well, a lot of it has to do with knowing who you are and identifying with your weaknesses and strengths. Some of these could have been conditioned or self-learned and embedded over the years. Something I have found useful is learning to remanufacture yourself. Be observant of what things play a role for the awkwardness such getting overly excited or anxious and in even where you may start to be recluse or in other situations where you over think a situation before it’s right in front of you.
Yes, a lot of us growing up may not have been taught about how to master such things but, there are always multiple mind-thought variables we can learn to use and eventually ease the awkward event or episode even if we cannot prevent it. Think before you speak or are spoken to by someone to gather your thoughts and feelings. Remember it’s not about who did what or said what. It’s not about what he or she is going to think about you.
Once you understand what is going on it becomes more visionary for you to handle with confidence. Yes, confidence. Confidence is one of the most important things to have present within yourself for lifelong establishment. It is the conqueror of who you are and will come to the front line in any event, emotion or feeling. Feel good in your skin, your body, your ideals etc., all the way down to the core. Never allow someone to steal that from you; not even yourself.
