Obligations or Hindrances Circling your Daily Living? Keep the Motivation.

What is it going to take to get you motivated to carry out something you know you must do (i.e. an obligation)?


Life situations where you live, work and play can stagger your thoughts, and then behavioral attitudes start to expand further delaying your ability to carry out something you know you must do. Next up will be how you speak about the obligation (negative word choices) which stacks on top of the others. And there you are, in a never-ending cycle of slump, stress, racing of mind trying to fit it all in.


Some examples of obligations that breath daily in life are the following:

·        Work Deadlines

·        Family Schedules /Plans (with or without children)

·        Habitual Tendencies

·        Self-Discipline Issues


If you find yourself in situations like these that over time become a hindrance and you need a motivation upgrade to stop or reshape this never-ending cycle then start with some of these steps:

1.     Start unpacking and reevaluating where the hindrances bring pause for you.

2.     Break down each hindrance into something more manageable.

3.     Set clear redesigns for each of the hindrances.


When setbacks and adversity strike, sand  you know they will…start with the first step again rather than giving in to the never-ending cycle. Remember to equate your values into this reevaluation because sometimes it takes a village of what you hold most dear.


Be intentional, keep your integrity intact and live mindfully inspired.
