Living to Excel

If you are having a difficult time juggling the pieces of your life that entail such things as wants, desires, healing, finding out more about you etc.... it may be time to explore the existence of your vestibular system and proprioception (balance along with space and position) in that order using basic meditation or through a combination of yoga/meditation. This may allow you to begin to connect all the dots concerning yourself and be more attuned and adept to others. Your senses may become stronger and therefore you may develop an ability to change things in your life (work, relationships, health/body/spirit) that you either felt you could not or would not ever see yourself accomplishing.


Life constantly deals with or either reflects all the time the following areas:

1. balance

2. space

3. position


In life, we use our senses (taste, smell, touch, hearing, seeing) …so why not balance, space and position? It’s not so much that we don’t use them, but we may not be attuned to just how much of a role they play in our lives.

 

So, now I ask, what do you plan to do with them?
