Envision waking up in the wee of the morning hearing a Rooster crow; the faintness of a hoot owl telling its story in the background; no environmental noises of the world-just the stillness and sweetness of feeling peace and solitude. You are experiencing at that moment a meditative chi.
It is what you may apply every day and in everything you do.
