Are you Living a Hybrid Life?

Hybrids are usually defined as a blend of something with another to create another.
However, in this case, I am referring to whether your mind and body are in unison. The way we operate in the world is through access to both mind and body. When one is lacking, the other part suffers or is not reacting or responding as it usually would.
So, from a health and wellness perspective, you cannot perform adequately where you live, work and play without both parts being expressed coherently in connectivity.
For example, is your mind separated from your body or your body separated from your mind at any given time due to stress, pain, hormonal changes, daily life changes on job or at home, grief and so forth?
When this happens what do you notice about yourself?
Take time each day to try to balance both your mind and body so that you as a whole can be ready to take on challenges that greet you and do it with vigor, poise and patience.
